13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHADEDB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, LOST PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, INDIRECT DAMAGES, INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE.
